This is the hardest story that I have ever told.
You walk out of high school on that last day and you're
free. Free from the bullying, the hatred, the drama and the people. And if you're lucky enough, you're free from that town. You're ready to start a new life, one where you control what goes down and who's in it, and it's finally your life to live. But living your own life also means facing your own consequences, dealing with your own heartbreak and tragedy.
Throughout high school, the former gleeks had their fellow glee clubbers to carry them through the hard times and show them the light at the end of the tunnel, but once they graduated and parted ways (with the promise to stay in touch) reality hit each and every one of them at a barreling speed. Tragedy struck some, and the real world greeted them with a cold stare, finally proving to them that no matter how "open" you are to joy, it can be incredibly hard to seek out.
No hope, or love, or glory, happy endings gone.
